The Role – Job Purpose

The main duties will include the following:

  • Responsibility for all communication with the company’s Japanese clients
  • Maintaining  and developing positive relationships with these clients
  • Working with internal departments to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely responses to Japanese clients

The skill-set required by the candidate

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Fluent Japanese and Fluent English
  • Third Level Qualification in a business-related field
  • Experience working in a Japanese business environment
  • An organised and enthusiastic approach to work

 Specific Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

  • Maintaining a high level of service for the Japanese clients
  • Making sure that all the needs of the Japanese clients are fully understood internally
  • Attention to detail when providing the clients with timely, accurate responses
